Because our items are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or any customer preference after production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or printing issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund where applicable. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made before the production process begins. Once an item has entered production, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
